RETURN PROCEDURES

I want to change the product I bought, what should I do?

You can change your order within 30 days as of the date you receive it. After providing information to Catto&Catto Customer Services with respect to your demand of change, you can send your product back as free of charge with MNG (worldwide) and Yurtiçi Kargo (payment by Catto&Catto) by filling the change form which came to you with the product. You should indicate on the form which product you desire to change and the size/color you want in replacement. When your demand reaches us, it shall be evaluated by the authorities, and your replacement product is sent to you by cargo within 24 hours if it is available in the stocks. If the product is not available in the stocks, your payment is refunded. You should send the product you desire to change, together with its original invoice and the filled form which you get with the product, by indicating in writing on the form that it is a "Demand for Change" to Catto&Catto’s return address, as full, unused, and without any damage to the product. In order to start the change procedure, you have to provide information via e-mail through hello@cattocatto.com  with a subject written “Change” or “Degistirme”

I want to return the product I bought, what should I do?

Catto&Catto only refunds returns if the product sent accidentally does not meet our quality standards.

You can return your order within 30 days as of the date you receive it. After providing information to Catto&Catto Customer Services with respect to your demand of return, you can send your product back as free of charge with MNG (worldwide) and Yurtiçi Kargo (payment by Catto&Catto) by filling the return form which came with the product. When your demand reaches us, it shall be evaluated by the authorities, and you are notified by an e-mail when your return is realized. You should send the product you desire to return, together with its original invoice and the filled return form to Catto&Catto’s return address, as full, unused, and without any damage on the package. If the product's invoice is corporate, you are required to send back the product together with a return invoice issued as "Product Unit Price + VAT" by the corporation for the return procedure, without the inclusion of the cargo share. The return procedures of the products, for which the invoices are issued to the names of the corporations, cannot be completed if the return invoice is not issued. In order to start the return procedure, you have to provide information by e-mail through info@cattoman.com with a subject written “Return” or “İade”

In how many days can I change the products I bought?

Catto&Catto extended the right of withdrawal from the legal length of 7 days to 30 days for your convenience. You can return/change your product within 30 days as of the moment you receive it, by following the return/change procedure.

Can I make a color or size change in the product I receive?

Yes, you can. The change is only made in the same model product and as color/size change. If the product demanded is available in the stocks, then change is applied; if not available, then your payment is refunded.

How can I change the product I bought, if it is defective?

Catto&Catto applies quality control to all the products in order to minimize your dissatisfaction. But still, if you encounter such a problem, you can demand the refund of the payment or change of the product. It shall be sufficient to follow up the return/change procedure.

Can I change the product I bought with a different product?

Change can be made only over the color and size options of the same product. Change with a different product is not allowed.

How many times can I use my right to change?

You can use two rights to change with respect to the same product, within 30 days as of the day you give the order.

Shall I pay cargo charges for the product which I shall return or change?

You shall not pay any cargo charges for any return/change which you send with MNG or Yurtiçi Kargo.

When will the payment of the products I return be affected?

First, it is controlled whether the product you return complies with the return conditions. An information e-mail shall be sent to you stating that money refund is effected with respect to the orders for which return procedure is approved and the price of the product shall be refunded to your credit card through which you made the payment. The term for reflection of your refund in your bank statement varies as based on your bank. In case there is a delay in the reflection of your refund transaction to your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank.

How can I change the product I bought, if it is defective?

Catto&Catto applies quality control to all the products in order to minimize your dissatisfaction. But if you still encounter such problem, you are required to follow up the return procedures.
