We offer 20$ shipping fee worldwide.

Will I be taxed?
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) bases, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to. Catto&Catto is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes.

Which cargo company shall be used for my order?

Catto&Catto ships worldwide using MNG delivery.
Orders within Türkiye shall be sent by Yurtiçi Kargo with 100% insurance.

Shipment date?
Orders are shipped from www.cattoman.com in Istanbul, Turkey between Monday and Friday from 9:00 am– 5:00 pm (EET). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Catto&Catto shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Catto&Catto

When can I receive my order?
Your orders shall be delivered to the cargo company within 24 hours and shall reach you within 1 to 3 days in average. Since our estimated delivery period is calculated over business days, weekends and official holidays are not included in the indicated period. Between these periods, your orders are delivered to the cargo company on the first business day.

How can I follow up my order?
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. We provide tracking numbers contained within the shipment notification email when your order leaves our fulfillment centre, and maintain a tracking number for each delivery. What should I do if my order is delivered while I am out?
If you are not at the given address, then your order shall be delivered to the nearest MNG or Yurtiçi Kargo office and an information note will be left for you. You are required to receive your package from the indicated branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order shall be returned to Catto&Catto. If you desire your order to be reshipped, then the cargo charges shall be demanded again and your order shall be reshipped to you as cash on delivery.
